The Mental Edge for Teens
Workshops and Seminars

Teen years are tough!

In our ever-changing world, some might say it's tougher than ever to be a teen, and in some ways, they are right. At the same time, there are more resources and opportunities than at any time in history for all teens to live healthy, happy, authentic lives as they navigate through their teen years and pursue their dreams.

This book and seminar teach the mental skills that will help every youth regardless of race, sex, religion, or socio-economic class, to access their greatest power, the power of their mind.

They will learn how to create their best attitude which leads to less stress, better grades, and sports performance. Techniques taught will help them learn anything faster, live with confidence, and repel bullies.

Every teen needs these skills!
